Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

Because Radiant Works Studio's artwork and products are prepared with care, all sales are final once payment has been completed. We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations after purchase. 

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact Radiant Works Studio promptly with photographs of the item and original packaging so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution. For original artwork damaged in transit, please retain all original packaging while the insurance claim is being processed. This policy does not limit any rights that may apply under applicable law.
