Shipping Policy

Each original artwork from Radiant Works Studio is carefully packaged to protect it during transit. Because every piece is unique in size, weight, materials and texture, shipping requirements may vary.

Shipping and handling costs are based on the artwork’s size, packaging requirements and destination. Larger and oversized original artworks may require an individual shipping quote. If additional shipping arrangements are required, Radiant Works Studio will contact you to confirm the shipping cost before the artwork is shipped.

Original artwork is insured for transit. Any applicable insurance costs will be included in the shipping quote. Tracking information will be provided once your artwork has shipped. Please inspect your artwork upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and artwork and contact Radiant Works Studio promptly for assistance with your insurance claim. Please retain all original packaging until the claim has been resolved. Failure to retain original packaging and provide prompt photographs of the damage, may affect the ability to file or successfully process an insurance claim. 

Radiant Works Studio currently ships from Honolulu, Hawaiʻi. Please allow additional time for careful preparation and packaging of original artwork.
