She Sings to the Trees

She Sings to the Trees

I have always had a beautiful connection with the trees. When I walk into the forest, I don’t simply walk among them; I touch them, talk to them and sing with them. I’ve watched their leaves begin to dance while I sing, even when I couldn’t feel the wind. In those moments, it feels as though the trees are singing with me.

She offers her song to the tree and the tree receives it. Her song becomes energy, moving through its roots and branches and into the life growing around them. The flowers bloom, the light moves between them and the energy finds its way back to her. For a moment, there is no separation between her and the natural world; she is part of it and it is part of her. She sings to the trees and they sing back.
