The Fairy Tree

The Fairy Tree

There is a doorway hidden within this tree, and I like imagining that it leads somewhere beyond the world we already know. A place you might only discover if you were curious enough to step through.

I sculpted the tree with many layers of texture, giving the canopy and trunk a sense of age and dimension. Tiny flowers grow around its base and climb towards the doorway. The light beside it gives the feeling that something is waiting just beyond what we can see.

There is something magical about imagining worlds hidden within ordinary places. A tree doesn’t have to be only a tree. A doorway doesn’t have to lead somewhere we recognize. Sometimes our imagination gets to decide what exists on the other side.

The Fairy Tree is an invitation to stay curious, believe there still is magic hidden in this world and wonder whether you would step through the doorway if you found it.
