The Guardian

The Guardian emerged without a plan, one brushstroke, one color and one feeling at a time. As the painting progressed, a luminous figure revealed itself within a vivid landscape of mountains, water and Earth. It felt ancient, watchful and completely at home within its Earthly surroundings.

Standing quietly at the center, The Guardian doesn't feel separate from the land, but born from it. I spent a lot of time sharing my energy within this piece, learning a deeper understanding of how our guides and ancestors protect not only the land we live on, but our souls as well. The sacred Earth healers share their loving energy through me and into this painting. May gazing upon The Guardian bring healing and enlightenment to the soul, along with ancient protection and wisdom throughout your journey.
