Where the Healers Gather

Where the Healers Gather

This painting came from a vision of a place that felt beyond our world. A vast mountainous terrain emerged through layers of heavy texture, color and movement. High above it all, a presence appeared, watching over the land as its seer and protector. Below, a gathering of beings began to reveal themselves. They were not human. Each carried a brilliant light from their forehead. As they stood linked together, their energy moved between one another and into the Earth. They were healing each other while simultaneously healing the land beneath their feet.

There was something ancient and deeply connected about them. Their healing was not individual, but shared, passing between each being and outward into the land around them. They seemed to understand that healing themselves and healing the Earth were one and the same.

Where the Healers Gather is my vision of a world where healing is not something we do alone. It moves between us, through us and into the Earth itself.
